Anomalies and Errors

We present a fully automated and daily updated system designed to monitor the efficiency of government spending and restrain corruption. Studying the state and municipal contracting procedures in Russia we have discovered manipulations, loopholes for fund embezzlment and thievery, inappropriate and inefficient spending, signs of corruption and competition limitation.

The application of the technological approach to detect abuses and violations in the state and municipal contracting allows detecting both trivial typing errors and typical technical manipulations with contract profiles as well as the procurement of outdated, defective, detrimental products and medical means that have long been put out of use in developed states, dangerous and ineffective medications and contracts revealing the embezzlement of state officials.
